Personal Agent Workspace · Effective October 10, 2026

Purpose and scope

Personal Agent Workspace is an owner-operated local desktop client using the Google Workspace CLI (gws). It is for the owner's own account and has no public registration, independent data-collection service, or public support mailbox.

Google data accessed and used

With the owner's approval, the client may access basic account identity, Drive files and metadata, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail messages and settings, Calendar events, Contacts, Tasks, Forms and their responses, and Apps Script projects and deployment information. Actual access is limited by the permissions granted by Google and the services available to the account.

Data is used to perform the owner's requested productivity tasks. Granting OAuth permissions does not itself request a file upload, message transmission, data deletion, or other task. Google account passwords are not collected by this client.

Storage and transfer

OAuth credentials are stored locally in the CLI's encrypted credential store, using operating-system credential protection where available. Credentials and API requests are sent to the appropriate Google authentication and API endpoints over encrypted connections.

Task outputs may be saved on the owner's device when requested. This informational website does not receive Google account data, tokens, messages, documents, or task outputs. If the owner explicitly uses another tool or AI service with selected data, that separate service's policies also apply; this client does not automatically publish that data.

Sharing and limited use

The client does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. It does not provide Google account access to other users. Any owner-directed transmission must be necessary for the requested task and comply with Google's applicable policies.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Retention, deletion, and revocation

The owner controls locally retained outputs and credentials. They can remove local outputs, sign out of the CLI, and revoke authorization through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized API access; it does not automatically erase files already saved locally or data held by Google. Existing copies and backups must be removed separately when desired.

Ordinary network and security processing by the hosting infrastructure may involve request metadata such as IP addresses and browser headers. The website does not collect account credentials or Google application content.
